Appointment System

If you require to speak to a GP regarding a routine query please speak to a receptionist to book a routine telephone appointment or routine face to face appointment. These can be booked in advance.

If you have an urgent query and need to speak to the GP on the day please call the surgery at 8.30am to book an urgent appointment.

During these times our reception staff will do their best to deal with your queries but you may be asked to call back the following day if we are at full capacity.

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

  • By phone
  • Face to face at the surgery

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.

If you need help when we are closed

- If you have a serious medical emergency dial 999

- If you need medical advice or if your problem cannot wait until the surgery opens, you can contact the emergency doctor in the Out of Hours Centre by phoning:

  • If you need an interpreter
  • If you have any other access or communication needs
